By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms with Shri Keerthanaa Fashion.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We try to keep product information, stock status and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

Colour and weave

We photograph every saree in natural light without colour editing. Screens vary, so a slight difference in shade is possible. Handloom fabrics and hand block prints carry small irregularities — these are marks of genuine craft, not defects.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our registered business is located.
