Shipping Policy

We ship across India from our store in Tamil Nadu, India.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable for COD, we will let you know when we confirm your order and you can choose to prepay instead.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received it within 48 hours of ordering, message us and we will check.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, festival rush or regional restrictions are outside our control. We will keep you updated and follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and pincode. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, re-delivery will be charged.
